Our process is designed to be as mindful and effortless as our collections, ensuring your journey with us remains beautiful from start to finish.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship with Care

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days, notifying you immediately via email.
